Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier.
- When you have viewed an item that you would like to purchase click on details to view further details.
- Use scroll down box to select size option.
- When ready to purchase click on add to basket. Basket will display picture, details and cost of items to be purchased.
- There is an option to remove items from basket, just tick remove box and click on Update Basket.
- Click on Checkout when purchases are complete.
- Enter your personal details. Complete shipping and billing information.
- Confirm details and enter payment information.
- You will receive an e mail confirmation of your order.
Privacy Policy
House of Patchwork do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Any data taken is used only to fulfill customer orders.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return it to us for a prompt refund or exchange within seven working days from the date the item is delivered. Please e mail us first at sales@houseofpatchwork.co.uk to notify us. The item must be returned in it’s original condition and sent to KLM Partnership t/a House of Patchwork, 3 Maple Park, Hoddesdon, Herts EN11 0EX. We recommend that you receive a proof of posting or send it by recorded delivery. We will issue a full refund for the item, once we have received it’s return. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us. All postage charges are non refundable unless the item was delivered damaged or defective or we sent the wrong items.
Tax Charges
Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling. All our prices are shown inclusive of VAT (at 17.5%) except for books which do not incur VAT.

We have a sliding scale of postage charges depending on the value of your order:
UK Post & Packing Charges:
- Under £10 = £2.50
- £10 to £20 = £3.00
- £20 to £30 = £3.75
- £30 to £40 = £4.25
- £40 to £50 = £4.75
- £50 to £60 = £5.25
- £60 to £70 = £5.75
- £70 to £80 = £6.25
- £80 to £90 = £6.75
- £90 to £100 = £7.25
- £100 to £200 = £10.00
- Over £200 = £12.50
European Post & Packing Charges:
- Under £10 = £3.00
- £10 to £20 = £4.00
- £20 to £30 = £5.00
- £30 to £40 = £6.00
- £40 to £50 = £7.00
- £50 to £60 = £8.00
- £60 to £70 = £9.00
- £70 to £80 = £10.00
- £80 to £90 = £11.00
- £90 to £100 = £12.00
- Over £100 = £15.00
Rest of World Post & Packing Charges:
- Under £10 = £3.50
- £10 to £20 = £4.75
- £20 to £30 = £6.00
- £30 to £40 = £7.25
- £40 to £50 = £8.50
- £50 to £60 = £9.75
- £60 to £70 = £11.00
- £70 to £80 = £12.25
- £80 to £90 = £13.50
- £90 to £100 = £14.75
- Over £100 = £15.50
Items out of Stock
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you by e mail. You will have the option to cancel your order or we can back order if you would prefer to wait.
Delivery
When we have received your order we will send you an email acknowledgement.
We accept the following credit cards - VISA, Mastercard, Maestro (formally known as Switch), Delta or Solo.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Orders are dispatched first class and Air Mail.
We always aim to dispatch orders the same day (if order received by 3pm), providing goods are in stock. Over the week-end or Bank Holidays this may extend to within three working days.
